Save the Dates are typically sent 9 months to 1 year in advance of the date.
Formal invitations are later sent out around 6-9months before your date.
It is important to take into account design, prep and print times for all of your stationery items before delivery to you.

Once we have finalised the items you are after and the illustration/design style that will be used, I will send over my quote for the work.
Once the quote is accepted I will send over an invoice for the design work. This payment is due upfront to secure my availability.
Once any items are ready to be printed, you will be sent a final invoice for the physical items being produced.

No, I can create stationery for anything from birthdays and baby showers to weddings and events.

Yes. I currently ship to most counties across the world and can provide a postage estimate before sending over any invoices for design or printing work.

If you wish to cancel any bespoke design work after you have paid your invoice, you are entitled to a full refund if you notify me before any design work has been completed.
Once any design work has been carried out, if you wish to cancel, you will receive a 50% refund for any outstanding stationery designs that have not yet been started.

Yes. I will often share designs to Instagram, but blur out locations and/ or dates to maintain clients privacy.
